6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content:

  • Is provided “as-is”

  • May contain errors, bias, or inaccuracies

  • Should be reviewed before publication or commercial use

You assume full responsibility for how generated content is used.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your input

  • Subject to subscription status, you are granted rights to use generated output

  • We retain all rights to the platform, models, UI, and infrastructure

8. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for policy violations or abuse.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosys Solutions USA shall not be liable for:
